Geosam Capital US, LLC was founded in 2012 by a prominent real estate developer from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Collectively, our team has over 50 years of residential development experience. We have concentrated our efforts to purchase partially and fully developed residential land in the southeastern United States.
Geosam has strategically positioned itself in markets that we believe hold tremendous value. As the economics become more favorable for homebuilders and home-buyers, we will execute our long-term development plan bringing growth and value to our markets and within our communities.
Our portfolio includes:
Charlotte, North Carolina: Approximately 140 single family residential lots and 65 acres of raw land with site plans for an additional 153 single family lots and 90 townhome lots. Over 95% of these lots are under contract with home builders who are actively selling new homes within our communities.
Residential Condo Developments in Florida: Over 700 residential condo units in strategic metropolitan areas including; Tampa, Orlando, St. Petersburg and Fort Myers.
New Smyrna Beach, Florida: Venetian Bay is a 1,410 acre planned unit development in a village concept that includes a mix of residential housing projects, i.e. detached single family estate, single family, duplex, zero lot line, as well as commercial and recreational uses. Over 1,800 dwelling units were approved for the development in 2002, and to date, there area approximately 1,000 existing residential dwelling units that have been developed. Development to date includes an 18-hole championship golf course, Town Center, pool and bar area, elaborate entry features at each end; single family residential homes on standard lots; patio homes; estate homes on large lots; town homes, and a duplex subdivision. Venetian Bay is one of Volusia County’s best-selling communities and more sub-communities, homes and amenities will be coming online in the near future.
Atlanta, Georgia: Over 2,600 fully developed residential lots and 300 acres of raw land entitled for future residential development in the Greater Atlanta Area.
